Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your wooden goods in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent transit damage.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional white-glove courier to collect the piece from your home at a scheduled time.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our craftsmen inspect the returned item at our workshop, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
