For the toughest challenges, Next Wave presents the 3HP Water Cooled Spindle System. Featuring the new e-cool, enclosed water-cooling system, digital control interface and Er20 collet that allows for use of both 1/4" and 1/2" shanked bits. The 3HP spindle also features long-life German engineered bearings, operates on a standard 110V shop current and is 75% quieter than a standard router. Well suited for commercial applications, this kit includes everything necessary and pre-programmed to work with the CNC Shark HD5xx and HD6xx series machines.
The 3HP water cooled Spindle kit features the Next Wave CNC's proprietary interface from controller to VFD. Remotely controls Spindle Power on/off via G-Code and remotely controls Spindle Speed (RPM) via G-Code
