The Maksiwa RBB.4G Edge Trimmer streamlines edge banding cleanup by combining edge trimming, end trimming, scraping and polishing in one machine. Designed to work alongside compatible edgebanders, it delivers a consistent finished edge on material up to 1 mm thick and panels up to 70 mm high while reducing manual handling between operations.
An automatic feed system moves panels through all four finishing stations at a steady 56 feet per minute, helping maintain uniform results from piece to piece. Height adjustment allows quick setup for different panel sizes, while the included router and bit put the machine to work immediately. The two-sided scraper removes imperfections left after edge application, and the polishing station leaves a clean, professional appearance ready for assembly or installation.
A built-in 4" dust port supports workshop dust collection, helping keep chips and debris under control during production. When paired with Maksiwa CBC.MR or CBC/2.MR edgebanders, the RBB.4G creates an efficient edge banding workflow with fewer secondary finishing steps.
